[1st Period]
<Group A>
– reviewed about 사계절 Four seasons
=봄 spring, 여름 summer, 가을 fall, 겨울 winter

1. asked and answered three things in Korean
1) 그림 안에 뭐가 있어요? What’s in the pictures?
2) 날씨가 어때요? How’s the weather?
3) 무슨 계절이에요? What’s the season?
2. made cause & effect sentences by combing answer #1 or #2 and #3.
ex)
1) 그림 안에 뭐가 있어요? What’s in the pictures?
=> 나비가 있어요. There is a butterfly.
2) 날씨가 어때요? How’s the weather?
=> 날씨가 좋아요. The weather is good.
3) 무슨 계절이에요? What’s the season?
=> 봄이에요. It’s spring.
4)

=> 나비가 있어봄이에요. It’s spring because there is a butterfly.
#2 + #3
=> 날씨가 좋아봄이에요. It’s spring because it’s a good weather.

– Reviewed the consonants and syllable + word building, as well as those extra fun diphthongs (pages 18-19).

[2nd Period]

– practiced making cause and effect sentences.

<Group B>
– began “이게 뭐예요?” which is covered on page 46 of your pink book (한글학교 한국어).
– briefly discussed “네.Yes.” and “아니요. No.”

[3rd Period]
– played “Frying Pan Game” in order to get to know each others’ names quickly.
– practiced counting numbers.
